Kathryn Burke is an Assistant Professor at Johnson & Wales University (JWU) since 2022. She previously worked in skilled nursing and acute rehabilitation for 22 years, specializing in older adults and supervising fieldwork students. Her research focuses on expanding occupational therapy's role in addressing social determinants of health and sexuality in practice. She holds an OTD from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and a BS from Worcester State University.
