Kathleen Smith

Kathleen M. Smith, JD is an Associate Professor of Law and Legal Studies at Chestnut Hill College, where she coordinates the Pre-Law major. She previously served as Professor and Paralegal Program Director at Community College of Philadelphia, founding the Fox Rothschild Center for Law and Society.

• J.D. from Antioch College School of Law

Her research focuses on civics education, legal studies, and service-learning initiatives. She has developed innovative Youth Court curricula and civic engagement projects, emphasizing judicial independence and reentry support programs.
