Kathleen S. Morris is an Associate Professor of Law at Golden Gate University School of Law, specializing in public interest litigation, constitutional enforcement, and federalism. She co-founded the Yale Law School San Francisco Affirmative Litigation Project and has held roles such as Deputy City Attorney in San Francisco and Visiting Assistant Professor at Rutgers-Camden Law School.
