Kathleen Coyne Kelly is a Professor of English at Northeastern University's College of Social Sciences and Humanities. Her research explores medieval romance, eco-theory, and environmental humanities, with emphasis on material culture and the afterlives of medievalism. She serves as Editor of The Concord Saunterer, the Thoreau Society's peer-reviewed journal.
Her current projects include a book on Thoreau's Journal drawings and collaborative research on heritage tourism at Arthurian sites. Dr. Kelly's scholarship intersects literary analysis with visual culture, examining representations of landscape and anthropogenic change.
