Professor Katherine O'Donnell is a leading academic in the School of Philosophy at University College Dublin (UCD), specializing in the History of Ideas, Feminist Philosophy, and Gender Theory. Her work intersects with eighteenth-century Irish intellectual history, postcolonial studies, and the cultural politics of emotion. She has held significant roles, including Director of the Women's Studies Centre at UCD (2005–2015) and currently lectures on feminist theory and the Irish Enlightenment.
