Katherine Klein is a Professor of Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an organizational psychologist. Her research focuses on leadership succession, organizational change, diversity and inclusion, and impact investing. She has served as Vice Dean for Social Impact (2012–2022) and currently directs Wharton’s Impact Investing Research Lab.
