Dr. Katherine Jackson is a full-time Professor in the Counseling and Art Therapy Graduate Program at Ursuline College, where she has taught since 2011 (previously as an adjunct from 1993). Her academic work centers on social and cultural diversity, holistic health practices, and service learning, with a focus on empowering underrepresented communities. She pioneered the service-learning program for graduate students, leading international initiatives in countries like El Salvador, Ecuador, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.
