Katherine E. Twombley, MD is a Professor with Tenure in the Department of Pediatrics at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). She holds leadership roles as Chief of Pediatric Nephrology and Medical Director of the Pediatric Kidney Transplant Program and Acute Dialysis Units. Her research focuses on antibody-mediated rejection (AMR), chronic kidney disease, and pediatric kidney transplantation outcomes.
