Katelin Valster is an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology at Central College. She joined the faculty in 2010 and holds a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from Concordia University Chicago, alongside NSCA-CSCS certification.

Research Interests
Her expertise spans sport performance analysis, activity interventions for chronic disease management, geriatric fitness, service-learning pedagogy, and biomechanical factors in ACL injuries among female athletes.
