Kate Richmond, Ph.D., is a Professor of Psychology and Director of Women & Gender Studies at Muhlenberg College. She specializes in multicultural psychology, gender ideology, trauma therapy, and feminist pedagogy. Her work emphasizes intersectionality, social justice, and transformative learning. Dr. Richmond has been recognized with prestigious awards including the 2020 Distinguished Publication Award for her textbook Psychology of Women & Gender, and the Henry Award for Faculty Member of the Year.
