Dr. Kate Miles is an Associate Professor of Law and Fellow at Gonville & Caius College, University of Cambridge. She previously served as a Senior Lecturer in International Law at the University of Sydney and held roles at the Australian Centre for Climate and Environmental Law. Her research focuses on international investment law, climate change mitigation, and the visuality of international law. She has advised organizations like UNCTAD, IDLO, and APEC on investment arbitration and environmental policy.
