Kassi Gregory

Kassi Gregory serves as an Assistant Professor of Psychology within the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Social Work at West Texas A&M University's Terry B. Rogers College of Education and Social Sciences, joining the faculty in 2023.

Her educational background includes:

Dr. Gregory's research examines the interplay between aggression, secondary traumatic stress, and burnout among public educators while prioritizing educator perspectives in scholarly work. As a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapist (PCIT), she actively expands evidence-based PCIT services for Texas Panhandle families, with strong connections to social-emotional learning frameworks through her involvement in SEL4TX.

With over a decade of frontline experience as a Texas school psychologist, she teaches professional seminar in school psychology, psychological interventions, and school psychology internship courses. She holds leadership roles as an executive board member of the Texas Association of School Psychologists (TASP), while maintaining active membership in the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and Social Emotional Learning Alliance for Texas (SEL4TX).
