Karolina Osterczuk is an Assistant Professor at SWPS University's Faculty of Social Sciences in Warsaw, specializing in Social Innovation and the Theory of Change within the Department of Management. She actively combines academic research with practical applications, focusing on grassroots-level social transformation processes.
Her research explores collaboration models in social innovation, mechanisms of community building, and dynamics of grassroots change-making activities. She has conducted fieldwork with cooperatives, artisans, and businesses across Poland, Nepal, and India.
