Dr. Karl Matz is an Associate Professor at the University for Continuing Education Krems and head of the Center for Vascular Prevention. His expertise lies in neurology, stroke prevention, and vascular medicine. He leads key projects such as the Austrian Prehospital Stroke Scale Plus (2025–2027), aiming to improve acute stroke management in Lower Austria.
