Kariann Fuqua is an Instructional Assistant Professor of Art and Director of Museum Studies at the University of Mississippi’s Department of Art & Art History, located within the College of Liberal Arts. She holds a BFA from Kansas State University (1999) and an MFA from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (2003). Her work bridges abstract art practice with cultural heritage research, focusing on environmental themes and provenance analysis.
