Karen Scott is an Associate Professor in the Department of History at DePaul University's College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. She specializes in medieval and Renaissance Europe, with a focus on Catholic Studies and St. Catherine of Siena.
- PhD and MA from University of California, Berkeley
- BA from Harvard in History and Literature
Her research centers on St. Catherine of Siena's writings, apostolic identity, and biblical culture. She teaches courses spanning Catholic Studies, medieval intellectual history, Renaissance society, and Chicago Quarter programs.
