Karen Kelly

Karen Kelly is a Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Management at the University of Surrey with over two decades of experience. She teaches food and beverage operations and management to undergraduate students.

Professional background includes management roles in Michelin-star hotel restaurants in France/Switzerland and operational management of food service establishments. Research interests focus on practical aspects of hospitality service delivery and gastronomy education.

As Programme Leader for International Hospitality Management, oversees curriculum development. Education includes BSc in International Hospitality Management from Surrey University.
