Kareem Azab

Dr. Kareem Azab is an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, specializing in translational cancer research. He is a Rising Star CPRIT Scholar and Senior Member of The National Academy of Inventors.

• Education: Pharmacy and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Hebrew University of Jerusalem

His research focuses on multidisciplinary approaches to cancer therapy, including:

• Biomarker discovery and tumor microenvironment (TME) interactions
