Kara Schreckenghost

Kara Schreckenghost serves as Assistant Professor of Education and Department Chair at Thiel College, where she also holds the position of Director of Teacher Education. She has shaped the Department of Education through two years as co-chair and three years as sole chair while managing dual administrative and instructional responsibilities.

Schreckenghost actively mentors undergraduate students as Director of Teacher Education and instructor for freshman seminars. She maintains strong community ties through the Sharpsville Wrestling Board (current), Baseball and Football Board (past), and Baughman Community Center Board (past), while balancing family life with her two children Tyson and Kolten in Sharpsville.
