Kaliappa Kalirajan

Kaliappa Kalirajan is an applied economist and policy analyst affiliated with the Australian National University (ANU) as a Researcher at the Institute for Climate, Energy & Disaster Solutions (ICEDS). He holds visiting professorships at the Madras School of Economics and the Institute for Development Studies in India. His academic career includes professorial roles at institutions like FASID and GRIPS in Japan. He holds a PhD in Economics from ANU (1979) and advanced degrees in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics.
