Kaleigh Doke

Kaleigh Doke, MD, is an Associate Professor of Clinical Practice in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She practices at UCHealth Radiation Oncology locations in Colorado Springs, including Memorial Hospital Central and Memorial Hospital North, specializing in breast and gynecologic malignancies, brachytherapy, palliative care, and stereotactic body radiotherapy.

She is also engaged in addressing gender disparities in radiation oncology training and promoting virtual education initiatives.

Her recent publications reflect a dual interest in technical aspects of radiation delivery (e.g., dosimetric analysis for lung tumors) and systemic issues in the field (e.g., the impact of board certification timelines on female physicians' careers). She co-founded the Society for Women in Radiation Oncology (SWRO) and contributes to the ASTRO Education Committee.

Dr. Doke is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and is active in national leadership, having chaired the Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology (ARRO) and co-founded SWRO. She hosts the Virtual Visiting Professor Network webinar series, demonstrating her commitment to medical education.
