Prof. Kai Sassenberg is Director at the Leibniz Institute for Psychology (ZPID) and former full professor at the University of Tübingen (until 2023). He held a prior position as associate professor at the University of Groningen. His research focuses on social influence mechanisms, bias mitigation, and metascientific issues in psychological research. Sassenberg earned his PhD in Psychology (Dr. rer. nat.) from the University of Göttingen in 1999.
