Prof. Kai Kummert is a Professor at Berlin University of Technology's Department of Building Construction. His research focuses on facility management (FM), energy efficiency, sustainable construction, and real estate management. He leads projects like FEEL, ModEnCo, and FM 4.0, exploring innovative FM service models and energy systems optimization.
