Dr. Kim Min Kyung serves as a Visiting Associate Professor, with judicial expertise in international commercial litigation and arbitration. She has held a judicial role since 2010 in the Korean judiciary, including service in the Special Division for International Commercial Disputes at the Seoul Central District Court. Her work includes amending the Korean Arbitration Act and contributing to procedural rules for international arbitration. She is a co-author of the Korean judiciary’s Practice Guide on International Arbitration Issues (2018) and a member of the Korean judiciary’s delegation to the Standing International Forum of Commercial Courts (SIFoCC).
