Dr. KIM Junghan is a Full-time Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo (2017), an M.S. in Marketing from Yonsei University (2010), and a B.S. in Business Administration from Hongik University (2007). His research focuses on visual perception, product design, and consumer decision-making processes, with notable contributions to understanding how product visualization and kinetic properties influence consumer valuation and risk inference.
Dr. Kim has received multiple awards, including the Singapore MOE AcRF Tier 1 Grant (2021–2023), Dean’s Teaching Honor List recognition (2017–2019), and the Paul E. Green Award in Marketing. His work bridges marketing, cognitive psychology, and design, often employing empirical and experimental methodologies.
