Jörg Zwicker is a Professor at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz and the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna, where he has taught cello, baroque orchestra, and chamber music since 1995. He founded the early music ensemble Musica Antiqua Graz (later the professional baroque orchestra Capella Leopoldina) in 1985 and served as its artistic director. His career spans performances across Europe, the USA, the former Soviet Union, and India, documented through ~50 CD recordings.
