Justin Roush is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Xavier University. His research focuses on environmental economics and behavioral/experimental economics, exploring topics such as firm emissions decisions, peer influence on risky choices, and feedback mechanisms in social settings. He is also committed to experiential learning in the classroom.
Education:
- PhD in Economics from the University of Tennessee (2015)
Starting in Fall 2023, he will serve as Program Director for the Economics, Sustainability, and Society majors. His recent publication in the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Economics (2022) examines risk aversion and guilt in pandemic behavior.
