Dr. Justin Bishop is the Jane B. and Edwin P. Jenevein, M.D. Chair in Pathology and Professor and Chief of Anatomic Pathology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He specializes in surgical pathology of head and neck diseases and endocrine pathology, with a focus on tumor classification and HPV-related cancers. His research includes the molecular characterization of salivary gland and sinonasal tumors, such as DEK-AFF2 fusion-associated carcinomas and SMARCB1-deficient carcinomas.
