Jungyeon Park

Jungyeon Park is an Assistant Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKY School), National University of Singapore (NUS). She holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Georgia (2022) and previously served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice at the University of South Alabama.

Her research focuses on public management, organizational theory, and DEI challenges in U.S. federal agencies. Key areas include negative performance management, discrimination issues, and organizational behavior dynamics. Her work appears in journals like the Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory and Public Administration Review.

Jungyeon teaches PP5137: Introduction to Public Management. Her research employs empirical analysis of federal agency data to address systemic inequities and organizational challenges.
