Jung Min

Jung Min is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, affiliated with the Department of Art. She is a mixed media artist exploring the intersection of Korean traditions and Western influences through sculpture, drawing, and installation.

• BFA in Sculpture from Kookmin University, Seoul, South Korea
• MFA in Visual Studies from Pacific Northwest College of Art

Her work investigates the discomfort and conflict experienced by the young generation of Koreans navigating between Korean culture, Western values, and individuality, utilizing her body, humor, and taboo in the artistic process.
