Jung Mee Mun

Jung Mee Mun is an Associate Professor in the Fashion Merchandising and Design program under the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at the College of Health & Human Services, California State University, Long Beach. Her work focuses on consumer behavior, sustainability, and the intersection of retailing with technology.

• Education: PhD in Apparel Studies (Fashion Merchandising) from the University of Minnesota, MS in Fashion Marketing from Ewha Womans University, Korea, and BA in Clothing and Textiles from Catholic University, Korea.

Her research explores how consumer decisions are shaped by sustainable practices, social responsibility, and technological advancements in retail environments. She actively contributes to academic discourse in these areas through teaching and scholarly activities.
