Juneseok Lee

Dr. Juneseok Lee is a Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Manhattan University, where he focuses on resilient infrastructure, AI applications, and engineering education. He earned his PhD from Virginia Tech and holds professional licenses (PE, BC.WRE) with expertise in water resources and systems analytics. His R.A.I.S.E. framework integrates resilience, AI, infrastructure, systems, and education to advance sustainable engineering practices.
