Jun Li

Jun Li is a Professor of Human Genetics and Computational Medicine and Bioinformatics at the University of Michigan Medical School, serving as Associate Chair for Research in the latter department. He leads the Jun Li Lab, focusing on genomic approaches to study complex human diseases, with NIH-funded projects in addiction genetics and the molecular effects of exercise through the MoTrPAC Consortium. His research integrates single-cell and spatial genomics, particularly in reproductive systems and cancer biology. Key affiliations include the Center for Statistical Genetics, Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Michigan Diabetes Research Center.
