Julián Carlos Ríos Martín

Julián Carlos Ríos Martín is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law (ICADE), Comillas Pontifical University, where he has been teaching since 1996. He is affiliated with the Department of Public Law and is a leading figure in criminal law, penitentiary law, and restorative justice.

His academic training includes a Doctor of Law from Comillas Pontifical University and a Specialist Title in Criminology from Complutense University of Madrid. He is also certified by ANECA as a Profesor Titular de Universidad, confirming his academic rank.
