Julius Yam

Julius Yam is a DPhil in Law candidate and Research Associate at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford, affiliated with the Programme for the Foundations of Law and Constitutional Government.

His educational background includes an LL.B. from the University of Hong Kong and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago.
