Dr. Julius Vengelis is an Associate Professor and Senior Researcher at the Laser Research Center (LRC) of Vilnius University. His work focuses on nonlinear optics, laser physics, and photonic crystal fiber characterization with applications in femtosecond laser systems and optical parametric amplification.
