Julien Granata

Julien Granata is a Full Professor at MBS School of Business since 2012, where he holds key roles including Educational Referent for Professional Training and Junior Enterprise, former Head of the Teaching & Research Department, and Program Director. He actively collaborates with major corporations such as Ubisoft, Air France, Volkswagen, and Banque Populaire du Sud as a trainer/coach. In 2024, he joined the Professional Federation of PSF Supervisors' board to advance care-oriented organizational research with the Mind Chair partnership.

His research focuses on SME organizational innovations including coopetition strategies, liberated management models, and digital transformation. Notable contributions include exploring Big Data adoption in SMEs, generational workforce dynamics, and wine industry innovation. He has published widely in journals like The Conversation and Wiley, co-authoring seminal works on organizational care frameworks and data analytics in SMEs.
