Dr. Julie St. John is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health and Assistant Dean in the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC), Abilene campus. She holds a DrPH from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and has expertise in rural health, community-based participatory research, and Community Health Worker (CHW) training. Dr. St. John has led numerous projects addressing healthcare gaps in underserved areas, including the Community Health Worker Core Consensus (C3) Project and initiatives targeting falls prevention and cancer education among Hispanic populations.
