Julie Runde Krogstad is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Agder. Her research focuses on urban transport governance in medium-sized Norwegian cities, examining how local governments address climate-related challenges through policy networks and organizational factors. She is funded by the Research Council of Norway as part of the SUSTAIN project, collaborating with institutions like CICERO, NORCE, and Transportøkonomisk institutt (TØI).
Research Interests: Julie's work spans climate policy integration, public administration, transport governance, and universal design in urban mobility. She investigates state-local government dynamics, political leadership, and policy coordination in sustainability transitions.
