Dr. Julie Morgan is Professor and Chair of the Communication Studies Department at Eastern University's College of Arts and Humanities. With over 30 years of continuous service since 1992, she teaches core courses including Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Conflict Management, and Communication Theory.
