Julie Mathilde Würtz Jensen

Julie Mathilde Würtz Jensen is a Researcher at the Department of Culture and Learning, Aalborg University, affiliated with the Collaborative Organizational Learning (CO-LEARN) group. Her work focuses on improving victim support through inter-organizational collaboration, analyzing victim needs, organizational capacity-building, and the mechanisms enabling effective cross-agency service delivery. She holds a Master's degree in Sociology (Cand.scient.soc) from Aalborg University (2019).

Research Interests: Victim advocacy systems, organizational learning in public services, inter-organizational networks, and the socio-structural impacts of criminal victimization. Her work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to quality education, reduced inequalities, and peace/justice institutions.

Professional Activities: Conference presentations on victim support systems and organizational learning (2022), visiting researcher at Örebro University (2022). Serves as Principal Investigator (PI) on multiple collaborative projects.
