Julie Lynch

Julie Lynch is an Associate Professor of Practice in Finance and Managerial Economics at the Jonsson School of Management, University of Texas at Dallas. She also serves as Director of Real Estate, Finance and Managerial Economics, and Director of the Weitzman Institute for Real Estate. Her professional roles include curriculum development for NAIOP courses such as 'Essentials of the Development Process' and 'Construction Management for Developers & Owners.'

Educational background includes an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University (1995), a B.S. in Technology & Management from University of Maryland University College (1987), and completed MAI coursework at the Appraisal Institute. She also holds Texas Brokers License Courses.
