Julie Huggins

Dr. Julie Huggins is a Lecturer in the Department of Biological Sciences at Arkansas State University's Beck College of Sciences & Mathematics. She holds a PhD in Higher Education Leadership and has been teaching core biology courses since the early 2000s.
