Dr. Julian Prester is a Lecturer in the Discipline of Business Information Systems at The University of Sydney. He joined the university in 2022 after completing his PhD as a Scientia Scholar at UNSW, where he focused on Digital Work phenomena. His academic background includes a Master's in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's in Business Informatics from the University of Regensburg, Germany.
His research explores the intersection of technology, work, and organizations, with a focus on Digital Nomadism, Platform Work, and Knowledge Work on Digital Platforms.
