Julia E. Rodriguez is a Professor of History at the University of New Hampshire (UNH), specializing in Latin American history, history of science and medicine, and gender studies. She has been affiliated with UNH since 1999 and currently serves as editor of the open-source HOSLAC project (History of Science in Latin America and the Caribbean). Her research focuses on transnational Americanist anthropology, decolonial methodologies, and the intersections of science, statehood, and gender.

Recent projects examine land as evidence in anthropological research and the decolonization of natural science museums.
