Julia Riddell, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in Clinical Health Psychology at the University of Manitoba's Max Rady College of Medicine. She works in partnership with Indigenous communities and health programs to advance mental health research, program evaluation, and environmental justice initiatives.

Dr. Riddell has received multiple awards including the CADDRA Best Poster Award (2019) and MITACS Accelerate Internship Award (2013). She teaches therapeutic modalities to medical students and community mental health workers while collaborating on program evaluations in Manitoba and Nunavut.
