Julia Muschalik

Dr. Julia Muschalik is a Postdoctoral Researcher in English Language and Linguistics at Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf (HHU). She holds a PhD in English Linguistics (summa cum laude, 2016) and has been a Principal Investigator in DFG-funded research projects focusing on spelling, pronunciation, and morphological structure. Her work bridges psycholinguistics, phonetics, and pragmatics, examining language production, speech-spelling relations, and forensic linguistics.

Teaching & Supervision: Since 2010, she has taught BA/MA courses in linguistics and supervised numerous theses. Engaged in interdisciplinary projects linking linguistics to professional domains.
