Julia Lopez Lopez

Julia Lopez Lopez is a Full Professor of Labor and Social Security Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), where she has served since 1996. She currently holds the position of Academic Co-Director for the Master in Labor and Social Security Law, the Postgraduate in Labor Law, and the Postgraduate in Social Security at UPF Barcelona School of Management. As a visiting researcher at the Nanovic Institute of the University of Notre Dame since 2003, her academic career spans international collaborations and institutional leadership.

Her doctoral degree in Law from UPF underpins her expertise in labor law, gender equality, and European legal frameworks.
