Dr. Julia Fehrer is an Associate Professor of Innovation and Strategy at the University of Auckland's Faculty of Business and Economics, where she also serves as Co-Director of the Circular Economy in Business Research Centre and Academic Lead of the Disciplinary Area Innovation and Strategy. She contributes to editorial boards of the Journal of Service Management, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, and AMS Review.
