Juli Buxbaum

Dr. Juli Buxbaum is the Assistant Professor of Horn at Arkansas State University, mentoring applied horn students, teaching graduate writing classes, and directing chamber music ensembles. She performs with the Arkansas State Faculty Brass and Woodwind Quintets and serves as Arkansas state representative for the International Horn Society.

Her research and creative work focuses on horn pedagogy, chamber music collaboration, and cross-cultural musical projects. The Braziliana CD project with Nordestrio Trio highlights her contributions to contemporary Brazilian classical music.
